The Red Clay Strays Bio
Formed in 2015 in Mobile, Alabama, The Red Clay Strays built their following through years of club performances and a DIY approach. Led by vocalist Brandon Coleman and guitarist Andrew Bishop, the band blends Southern rock, country, blues and gospel, with songs often touching on faith, struggle, redemption and perseverance.
Their 2022 album Moment of Truth helped bring the group to a wider audience. Standout tracks include “Wondering Why,” “Cry,” “Before the Sun Goes Down” and “Wash It All Away.” The band's work has drawn praise for its raw energy and Coleman's powerful voice, and they received nominations for CMA New Artist of the Year and ACM New Duo or Group of the Year in 2023.
The supplied event information does not establish a previous Red Clay Strays date at TD Garden, so no earlier venue appearance is assumed here. For the August 2026 Boston show, the announced lineup also includes The Revivalists and Haley Reinhart. The Red Clay Strays' Southern roots and energetic performance style offer a distinct contrast within the shared bill.
Venue and Seating Information
TD Garden is a large indoor arena, and the concert experience can vary with both seat location and stage configuration. Lower-bowl seats may offer a closer view while retaining an elevated perspective; floor locations can feel more immediate, although sightlines may depend on the stage and the crowd. Check the event's seating map before choosing, as configurations can differ between concerts.
For a balance of view and distance, compare lower-bowl sections with seats farther back on the floor rather than assuming one area is best for every show. Upper-level seats can provide a broad view of the production, while seats with an extreme side angle may offer a less direct view of the stage. Specific section availability and sightlines for this event should be confirmed against the official event map.
Parking Information
Parking choices around TD Garden include arena-area garages and other nearby public parking facilities. Fans should compare walking distance, event-night availability and departure plans before selecting a space; prices and restrictions can change, so confirm current details directly with the parking provider.
- Consider nearby garages for a straightforward walk to the arena, and allow extra time for event traffic.
- Some visitors choose parking farther from TD Garden and walk or use transit to avoid the busiest arena-area streets.
The Red Clay Strays TD Garden Concert reviews
Not what I expected
Overall, the family night with out of town family members was a disappointment. The group ranged in age from 10 to 60, and the response was just OK. Purchased 8 tickets, with front row seats and one in the 2nd row due to seating limitations. The kids were disappointed with the lack of freebies, as they were all given to the kids on the left side. Only approximately 3 pieces were handed out to one group. We wore ponchos expecting to get splashed, but nothing really happened. Toward the end, an audience member seemed to have spit brown stuff into the tissue rolled out over the audience, which ended up on our hand, making it a pretty gross experience. Not worth the money, next time we'll go back to see Stomp.
